Because as far as I know only law enforcement and dmv workers can get that info. Obtaining that info without reason is illegal. There may be a site that u can pay to obtain it but I don't know. Maybe you can clue me in ****.

I think the winters Facebook page is correct and sums up his chances. We are three days before the regular polls open and his facebook page has 37 people that " like " it. In not sure if all of them are registered to vote or not.
