Remember folks, Uncle Fins has for all the years I have known him told you the police do not protect you. Now schools have no blame either in protecting you.

Well, looks like Uncle Fins has been proven right again. A FL judge has dismissed the case against the Parkland School SRO that failed to enter the building during the fatal shooting and said that schools and police DO NOT have a constitutional duty to protect the students. Not only does this prove again what I’ve said about law enforcement, but it also changes a lot in the way school systems have addressed safety issues.
