Well played dog, the simple minded twits still don't even have a clue as to what happened

I question something and they come out of the wood work for me. I have in no way disrespected any one of the guards or the ones serving in the military.

Hey fair boy if memory serves me you are a barney lover are you not? Barneys are not in the same sentence with a military soldier.

It is about Honor, Dignity and Respect. Something I would not expect the POS underdog to understand.

I asked a question and you are the only one that has given a logical answer to my question.

I have to disagree with you on this one. It's not just for the dead, it's for the living too. If you've ever seen the guards, especially the changing of the guard, it's a moving experience. We need some things that instill pride and patriotism.

I could think of more they could do to show respect then walking with a rifle guarding a grave full of dust. I think its a waste of elite talent. It has only become a habit.

All I can say undermutt is that you have no respect for anyone. Go crawl back under your rock now

So are they showing respect or guarding a grave containing dust? Who are they showing respect to---their superiors

I haven't problem with this. In fact, i fully support continuing it to respect those that died for our country and to remind people what military force costs. As said, the guards are volunteer only. And the cost is a drop in the bucket of other things wasted.

It is respect for those that gave their life serving our country. They volunteered for the duty.

If you don't like it, go pound sand and find something else to beech about

Give me a break, forcing these men to guard what at this point and time----a rotten box of dust? Who is going to steal a box of dust? Those kids are doing this right now in a blizzard.
