That doesn't help with the non stop barking in the evening when we are trying to enjoy the outdoors at dinner time.

NC noise ordinance should cover it. No obnoxious noises after 11pm and before 7am. Have the barneys enforce state law.

That's good now all we need is a barking dog nuisance regulation added to the county regs.

I forgot to post the new hours. M - F 10am to 4pm and Saturday 8am to 12 noon.

Thanks to Jack the animal shelter now has new hours. They are open 6 days a week now. The heat was turned up by me and the changes were made. Now who says this site has no power?
