Fibs, thatmay have been true.The problem was they had NO SAYOVER WHAT WAS MINE and that is the whole point and what cost their ***. I had the right to stay there until 2017 under the terms of the lease and the terms of that FMHA loan. THAT IS THE WHOLE POINT they broke that lease the minute the went to that court and evicted. That lease was exactly what HAL wanted and they didn't even have the intestinal fortitude to live up to their fathers wishes. Just because they paid a COURT to go along with then was no sign it was LEGAL or RIGHT. They should have kept their noses out ofmy future business and I would not be where I am now. That was the condition agreed upon to get my signiture on that settlement
Now they will never get anything from me but CONTEMPT. If old Jim and William lose their *** now I won't lose sleepover it. **** I should have sued for everything I could have gotten.

I hace a full understanding of this one fact. Under L Hal Heafners AUTHORITY I WAS LEGA the whole time I lived there. No LYING, FRAUD, or buying of JUDGES in Ashe County will change that fact. In fact I have my doubts that JAMES H Heafner wass ever really RELATED to Hal. He has so many ALIASES for all I know he may be totally unrelated to the man I knew. I never saw any proof of who he actually was or is. What I do know is he was FRAUD, a proven crook, and the lawsuits abound in the millions of dollars and this time he won't MEDIATE or be able to buy his way out of him mess.

And it remains that the whole mess was based ON FRAUD AND LIES.All your ranting and raving does not change that or the fact that Ashe County was in on that from the start. But if I was SQUATTING all those 31 years then ADVERSE POSSESION would have to apply. Now either it was legal and every right to my own belongings was in fact violatedand those rights were violated or I had a solid claim to ADVERSE POSSESSION. You can't have it both ways. The fact remains that every single one iinvolved in both that bank fraud, and fraud against the fmha should have been sent to jail. I defrauded noone I was the VICTIM run over and pushed until I picked up a loaded gun to protect myself from a **** stalker and liar, who didn't have sense to listen when my attorney told him to back off with the court dragging and let me get the **** out of the way.

You continue to have no understanding of the office of the register of deeds and the clerk of courts office. It irks me to see you continusly not know your butt from a hole in the ground.


Yet the bottom line is the judge told you to get the **** off Jims land. You were a squatter.

Dog Iknowexactly what the register of deeds does. Now obviously either they or those three incompetent attorneys didn't do the job properly. I also know what the Clerk of Court was supposed to do and what was actually done. How many DOCUMENTS get disappeared at thatcpurt or was thedocument I had the only one???? Too badd I always keep duplicates isn't it. I still laugh at the look on old Williams face when I put that copy of his letter about that lease HE drew up. A letter stating I AM DRAWING UP A LEASE FOR MY FATHER, GET IT SIGNED, NOTARIZED AND REGISTERED He looked like he wanted to jump out the window and the judge had to call a recess. ZPERJURY PURE AND SIMPLE ON THE RECORD

Krazy, it doesn't matter how long Hal let you stay. As soon as the new property owner told you to leave and you didn't, you became a trespasser. And it apparently does matter because you haven't let it go for 16 years.

Yep trespassing for 31 years. Doesn't make any difference now does it except to old Jims pocket book. I guarantee you that lease was registered at the courthouse. Its not my fault that Kilby abd Reeves were to incompetent to LOOK IT UP. Seems to me it was too little too late after having LIED to the court. Its not my fault they could not read nor did I have anything to do with Jim and old William defrauding the government. Seems that is behavior that has become habit with them. I'm just waiting until both of them runs out of money to pay their victims. I don't think it will be too long. My point dearsis they are untrustworthy and any fool dealing with thehascoming what they get. I have done my part tomake **** sure there is enough on line so that anyone looking them up will know the crooks tgey ar
