Fins, What **** difference does it make at this point?? James H Heafners worse mistake was thinking he had any right to tell anyone or any bank what I would do and when. I hate to be the bearer of bad news to the all knowing but according to NC law adverse possession can be claimed after 20 years. Add aletter from **** James Heafner stating he didn't know who I was or what I was doing thete abd he pretty much handed it to me. Considering I wasn't hiding behind a bush or under a rock.
