Old Jim was sneaky and lucky . Even the deputy who took me in and failed to mirandarize me saw in my eyes I had been pushed as far as I was gonna push. Had I been there instead of out tryibg to get the **** AWAY from old Jim Heafner and not sitting there with a loaded gun, the results woukd have been something this county would long remember. Nobody forces anything on me now. Now you can rant, fume, putdown, or anything else but the fact remains somebody lost their *** dealing with old Jim. I don't lose sleep over what happened, the guilt is on old Jim just like those lawsuits

So why did oleJim not sue to get it back??? He was fast enoughwith the court draggin wasn't he?? He knew **** well if I sued him forbreeching that mediation I would take him to the cleaner. Ince heVIOLATED that settlement all bets were off and he never got my signiature, never got his gag order. You think by mudding up the water you can hide the truth about that crook and his dirty dealing. Just like your claim I ever burned Hals house down. Why would I have wanted to do that?? It wasn't insured and everythong I had was lost. Its just another load if crap tocover your money losses with old Jim on Crapmas Mt. I am actually surprised there isn't a hit out on me to keep the truth hidden. The end never justified the law breaking, stalking, court draggin and bullshot from old Jim I put up with. They should have left my business with ole Roger alone. It was nothing to any of them. Try to exercise a little commonsensefore you wind up in something Jason does not want.

My attorbey warned ole Jim heviolated that agreement by dragging me back into court therebyhamperingmy ability to get the **** out. He has no groynds to drag me back onto court afyer we settled but did it anyway. I not yhere any longer so he got what he wanted all but his GAG ORDER that I would not fry him publically. Not even your judge could force that. Thete was,also acondition that neither he, William, Kilby,nor Reeves would ever put their noses in my business. Certainly know how that went don't we with that conspiracy with old Roger Greer.

Oh so there was not a settlement. I suggest you check those court records. There was a mediated settlement. Where do you think the 10 thousand dollar down payment ole Roger got on that "not a buyer/seller not a rental scam.They just never got my signature on it because Jim Heafner kept trying to change and add a gag order. Not even that judge could force me to sign it. Now tell me again how you know everything. I sure didn't pull that money off a tree . Old Jim settled rather than have me sue for ADVERSE Possession although I must admit Denise Lockett had to do some fast talking after Reeves made his **** remark about L Hal Heafner and I. Personally I wish I had walked out on their mediation.

There was no settlement krazy, the judge told you to move, and you didn't and Jim had had enough and Track hoe day came. You were a squatter on Jims land.

Perhaps then you want to explain to me why old Jim and Bill had to settle with me rather than face a big LAWSUIT. Then they tried to cover their actions with a GAG ORDER i never agreed to in mediation. If itwas all above board and HONEST why do a mediation and settlement. Itcertainly wasn't from the goodness of their heart. Better be noce now supposedly I am a 6thcousing to the king, Elvis. Maybe now I should stivk my nose in the air.

You only go to a magistrate to throw a renter out if they refuse to leave in the 10 days. Most all tenants never show up to court and move on out. Unlike you where a judge had to order you out.

Fins I suggest you READ the Nort Carolina LAW. The only way a landlord can evict a legal tenant is through the COURT MAGISTRATE. Dog you won't be giving me any 10 day notice for anything since if you were the last landlord on earth I would not rent from you if it meant I would die the next minute. Why in **** do you think I paid old Roger the 34,000, it wasn't a y not a rental, not a buyer seller, funny situation. He knew **** well what it was. He never came up with the agreed upon contract. I should have sued his *** by the third month I was there when he found the lack of a deeded right of way hilarious. I have accepted I will either die here or the camper will fall in and kill me. That is why some will never shut me up until that day comes. I may mot like it but it is what it is. As a heir to this property I have every right to be here

Krazy all I have to do is give you a 10 day notice to clear out if you dont have a lease. With a lease its 30 day notice. You cant squat on someones property when you are told to leave you become a trespasser.

No krazy, you only have to go to the court for an eviction when some jerk like you refuses to leave after being told to do so. You were a trespasser. Especially when the judge told you to leave too

Dog, now you are being funny. Most rentals I have looked at I would not pat a dollar in rent 500 or 600 is out of the question. On SSD thats a joke. What happened could you not find the listing. Chris Barr has the listibg. Fins I see you are a little dense on eviction laws in NC. ZA landlord cannot legally just say go it HAS TO BE DONE through the COURT. Anything else falls under ILLEGAL EVICT. Thereforboth Jim andd Roger Greerengaged in a violation of NC resulting in ILLEGAL EVICTION.
