That was an attack? i asked a question to guage the level of your knowledge to form such a strong opinion. Then I expressed my surprise.
Your animosity for a a place and people for you have have no first hand knowledge is surprising. No one is saying you don't have a right to an opinion...or even a strong opinion. I merely registered my surprise.
I have been on this board for more than a decade, and have never once maligned you. I merely asked a question to clarify.
I have read every single post you write, and even share some of the same opinions of certain local individuals, (although I will not malign the dead). My opinion is this;

Backwash there are a lot of places I have never been, nor have a desire to go to for one reason or another. I can be as opinionated as the next one. Last time I checked it was still a free country unless tge law,has been changed in the last 10 minutes. My son however has been to California, also has flown on a plane which I have no intention of doing. From what he has said about California I don't care to go there. Oh and its so refreshing to have a bew atracker on this site. I was kind of getting tired of the other 3 even consideribg leavibg this site for good. A person gets tired of beibg attacked for everythibg they say.

Backwash I have never been to Californianor do I have any desirw to go there. Any state that worships actors or actresses as Gods deserves whatever happens to it. I have been to Tennessee and thought about moving there. Spent 2 months there and the people seemed great, minded their own business, etc. But like Ashe County outsiders are moving in buying up everything and tirnong it in to the same thing they left.

Well Krazy, because California plays a big part into driving up the national average on salaries and cost of living. But why would I think you might comprehend how math works.

Dog read it. Ashe County is 24 % below tge state,average for income and is 33.8 % below the national average. Why would I care what California is doing?? In my opinion the soober the big earthquake hits and sends it into the ocean the better.

Krazy, do you know what's also lower in Ashe than the national average? The cost of living. In CA right now, tear down shacks are $1million. And that's in crappy neighborhoods.
