Jr, I think one problem with that is Nathan a miller is their attorney, and he is about as dumb as a tree stump. And unfortunately, he has political connections in watauga and will probably prevent the smart move from being made.

This could as pointed out easily escalate to them shutting down, the bank could seize the property, both counties could cease funding based on gross incompetence.

The bank has the right to force insure at Todd's expense to protect their investment. Also, the bank can seize whatever assets are available, and immediately begin foreclosure. This is gross incompetence. Why didn't the leadership of Todd know their insurance had lapsed? Usually there are several notices and phone calls first. Where did all of the tax money they received from Watauga and Ashe go? I know their chief and his mini-me are paid as full time employees. I will bet they did not forget to pay themselves.

They are taking tax money and not giving the service. Thats a breech of their contract with the county. They had better believe the state will step in and shut the doors. They need to reorganize from top to bottom it appears.
