More good news on the housing situation It is officially a HOUSING RECESSIONS abd 43 percent I believe it is of the American people believe we are heading for civil war. I must recount my ammo. Not sure 40 boxes will be enough. Might have to find another 80 boxes or so.

I would not recommend it unless you want them to get a load of buckshot. But I did think up a new motto for Ashe County. BRING US YOUR MONEY, KEEP YOUR GARBAGE. I see Ashe County becoming not the Coolest Corner but the garbagess corner and that River will get most of it.

Just doing my part to DEBUNK THE MYTHS about this county. Maybe tgey will all get pissed of and go the **** home with their GARBAGE since I nor this county CARES what they do with THEIR GARBAGE. I have a suggestion they can shove it where the sun don't shine but it will probably wind up ib a ditch or down an embankment of county backroads

Why are you two planning to apply for a government bailout to save your slums?? Maybe tell them old Ashe Coubty can't keep goid slumlords??? . Man I really stirred up some of those short term renters over on another site when I suggested they haul their garbage home with them or take it to the coubty commissioners. They did not like to hear a TRUTHFUL Facts about the PARADISE Ashe Coubty is NOT.. Its not often i can make so many so abgry with the truth. Guess tgey are still readibg up on Christmas Mt, James H Heafner fraud, and good old Trackhoe day.

Now remember when I said what goes up must come down. Read it and weep!! Is America on the verge of a house price collapse? Prices could crash by up to 20% and homes are overvalued by as much as 72%, expert warns
By Harriet Alexander For Dailymail.com02:05 27 Aug 2022, updated 07:21 27 Aug 2022
Boise, Idaho; Charlotte, North Carolina and Austin, Texas were the three most overvalued areas in the United States, according to Moody's Analytics
Moody's found thatfound that 183 of the nation's 413 largest regional housing markets are 'overvalued' by more than 25 percent
If a recession hits, house prices in those 183 regions could plummet by as much as 20 percent, Moody's predicted
If there is not a recession, they will still fall 10-15 percent, the analysts believe - echoing other experts
The housing inventory is at its highest level since April 2009, as sellers struggle to get rid of their property because mortgages have become more expensive
Mortgage rates have nearly doubled since January, rising to 5.13 percent for a 30-year loan as of last week, according to Freddie Mac
House prices could fall by up to 20 percent next year if there's a recession, experts warn - and property in some areas of the country is overvalued by as much as 72 percent. Mark Zandi, chief economist for Moody's Analytics, was pessimistic about the housing market in May, but he has now made his forecasts even more bleak,Fortunereported on Wednesday.
