They are only hiring females with a D cup size and a 2 piece swim suit.

I took the lifegaurding course recently along with six other lifegaurds. Us along with the three head lifeguards and three others who were certified before this class are all wanting to be lifegaurds at this pool. So there are plenty of lifegaurds to be there all hours of the day. So there may be another reason as to why the pool is only open two and a half hours a night.

I would guess that they are planning on adding more hours of operation. I hear they are hiring six additional life guards and I don't think they would need all those for the pool's current schedule.

Years ago it was only opened at night. However that's also when Greenfield pool was still open.

A bit crude there underdog, but I'm with you on the thought. The pool needs to be open more than 2 1/2 hours a day - make that night. I don't see any reason not to have it open mornings and afternoons. And a time set aside for swimming laps would be nice too.

If I were you I would go down to that cement hole in the ground and demand to know when you may use your tax paid for water hole durning the week. Threaten to drop a log in the water you know a tootise roll. Your taxes went up also did they not?

Im glad that the pool at the middle school is finally open, but I dont understand why they dont open it for public swimming during the weekdays. There are a lot of kids home from school this summer that need something to do during the day, especially during the morning hours. I know they are giving lessons some of the time, but why not open it to the public the rest of the day?
