Dog, he was charged with possession of cocaine and meth. He was charged with trafficking marijuana. Unless his previous charges were for trafficking of the other two then you are incorrect for this time. The south where so much weed is grown needs to step up and stop charging people with marijuana charges.

According to this if he is convicted of the Trafficking Marijuana charge its a minimum 25 months in jail and that's not counting the other charges or sentence enhancements for prior convictions

The other question is if the DA and the courts going to give Joe a meaningful jail sentence this time or just slap him on the hand again. Also since he is already has a few felony's does that mean he can be considered a habitual felon and get even longer time.
