There is no state law on ammunition possession by a felon only on firearms however federal law does include ammunition.

Looking at the pictures the Sheriff office posted I see some ammunition on the table along with the drugs. Since Joe has multiple felony convictions and can't own firearms or ammo under federal law are the feds going to get involved as well?

Names, mugshots, intakes, and releases. Smart fellers know who their neighbors are and if they show up on inmate list much.

They had quit putting any info on there though other than arrest date and a mug shot. So it was pretty useless.

The Mobile Patrol app is your friend. Some of you fellers could do a better job keeping with the local arrests. Quite a few mug shots show up more than others.

Price is as crazy as a loon as well. The apple doesn't fall far from Gerry's family tree. Are all of these new charges? I know it hasn't been long since Joe was arrested on other charges. He tends to get them continued several times before appearing.

Joe is that you? I'm sorry but good chaps don't have multiple felony's for drugs and guns and don't lose custody of their kid and are only allowed supervised visitation.

He has already been convicted of multiple drug charges and is a convicted felon. Dont blame the barney for getting him charged again any fool can spot a drug dealer these days its not rocket science.

I believe Its more than weed as there are charges for SCH 1 and 2 drugs as well as the weed
