If Jimmy wins his lawsuit I would think it would be hard for Rose to do much seeing as his word as a LEO could now be questioned. If I was the DA and jimmy wins I would dismissed anything that Roses name was attached to.

Mr. Rose has one more meeting as county commissioner and that should end his political career. His only accomplishments are to help appoint an unqualified Sherriff in Buchanan, give his clone commissioner Roark a county position as the maintenance supervisor, approve the former county manager a tremendous severance package. These accomplishments along with the lawsuits he has assisted in getting the county into have cost taxpayers into hundreds of thousands. Thank you, Mr. Rose.

I would like to hear more on why a town official was wanting to take water samples on private property. Was there a monitoring well there or a fuel spill or did the town have a sewage spill.

One good Solution, Not just a thought! Nobody likes him, obviously it would be a swell plan to go too the next town meetings and have him Booted Out. Enough people want him out he should be gone in reality who likes this guy? as to what good thing has he done for the County or the town he is employed by.
