Not eating meat isn't a guarantee to live longer. I know person that didn't eat meat for close to 20 years. She ended up having a heart attack at 32. Stints would not work and she had to have a triple bypass. She wasn't obese in the least.

Sweetie. I've eaten at places you couldn't think of affording. Top rated Indian places. I suggest you come to grasp that I know food very well. There's no such thing as good curry.

Fins - curry is NOT dog food... I eat curry and I have not eaten a bite of beef or pork since I was 18;years old.
I expect I will live longer because of that.

Really Fins? I doubt it....I have eaten high end Indian in every big city in the USA plus Europe plus Bangkok plus all over the big broad world. It's good stuff if you aren't a redneck twatt who is used to spam. Yup, I said it....my palate might be more important than yours....

Homemade is going to be better than some high end Indian restaurants? I don't think so. I've had to force my way through some meals in some pretty high rated Indian places. I've seen canned dog food that smelled better

And now that all of the traditional eating is done, we get hungry around here for something different. Tonight I am attempting to make chicken curry with naan bread. We'll see how it turns out. Pressure is high since I've got house guests from the city who regularly eat Indian food in good restaurants and I have never made naan.

I actually had roast beef also. I cooked mine in an oven bag with lots of onion......pretty tasty.
