By your own statement, which is an assumption Hopkins is making around 30K at ACSO, if he starts at entry level for CCSO he gets a raise, what if his years of experience gets him bumped to the max which you state is 37K, my limited education says that's a heck of a raise; but you refuse to admit you do not have any idea what his salary will be in TN.

If those advancements and promotions are based strictly upon seniority perhaps that will be true. But if doing a good job counts for anything, Hoppy likely won't go far. What I'm saying is, the carter county information shows what the starting and max salaries are. It also states what average salary is. And the newspaper printed what Ashe salaries are. So it's pretty easy to deduce a close estimate to what he did make and will make.
