No, I've seen some places with decent talent that weren't entirely hands off. But they were Atlanta and Miami.

Fins .... that mostly depends on the level of talent. High scale talent = hands off. Meth heads = a couple of fingers. Crack heads = don't lose your hand.

The airport would make a heck of a dragstrip, but we would still never get our money back. We already have state sanctioned gambling and alcohol. For the third, who needs them if they can be had for free, just for fun?

Sure ... first we bring in the racing, followed by gambling and that's when the wh*res come around. Sounds like a solid plan to me.

It would be great if our county had something fun. Some have suggested a dirt track race track. Has this ever been looked at?
