Doe, when family members are medical professionals it for sure applies. If Mo says he don't want his wh*res to know about the STDs he may or may not have then his wife better not tell them also cause that ain't bioethical apparently.

although rare, family members can violate HIPAA. I suggest a course in Bio-Ethics...
better yet, keep your mouth shut when you don't know a thing about the subject matter at hand

Mo, HIPAA only applies to medical professionals like Doe. The rest of us can make up all kinds of diagnoses, take for example Snot's shrink , she said your special needs nuts need a checkup. She said your colorful wh*res mentioned them the last time they violated your misspelled HIPAA rights.

I have read they are not doing Ashe Coubty patients. You can still get a hold of them for prescription call ins, but no information on when they might reopen for patients
