Why is Creston such a scary place?

Now you all done and gone made this old hillbilly mad. I live in Creston and I love where I live, we have some of the best people in the county right here. Most of the people where I live are good honest, law abiding citizens. You all are jealous cause we can talk to our neighbors and set a spell if we want. Drugs are not only in our area but all over Ashe Co. that's why we need someone in the Sheriff's Office who will cover the whole county. The cops are to sorry to drive all the way to Creston.

Probably. From what I have heard, he may be on medical leave for a while and may need to supliment his income.

Ya'll need to get out more. Creston has great people living there and is one of the safest places in the county.

These kids now have lost the skills and arts of their ancestors. Used to be a Time you could go into Creston and always find a good chicken fight. These kids now are too lazy to raise a good Banty rooster.

I live up on Pond Mtn, postal code Creston, and there is quite a bit of weed growing, dope making, and general skullduggery going on, but most of these poor Mofos are trying to make a living the best way they can. I'd be interested in in figuring out what better options we could give these kids

Flash sounds like a transplant. Flash other transplants came and think they can make drugs and sell them from that hades hole. They ran all the old liquor makers out of state.

It’s an awful place.
I commute to JC for work often and would love a better route than driving through Ashe County’s Lil Chicago.

Every time I look at a couple of sites all I see is people asking what were those loud booms in Creston. Like some kind of war zone. Likely another meth lab blowing up.

'cause we like the peace and quite. Not to many d**n Yankees move in either. 40 acres of peace and quite. About one car an hour during the middle of the day and less than that at night. And I am on a paved road.

It has a Deliverance feel to it once you lose cell service and encounter the mutants. It’s like a civilization unto itself. Why do people live there?
