The event is held by FOA Illinois state university fine art department a successful fundraiser of artist mintures/ postcards original works by known artist .the works will provide financial commitment for scholarships as well as provide fine art students with research and travel grants,investment in students postcards art 2014 will again have a great year for there students and art department of fine art works feel free to take interest in investing the known artists works and the estates.
