We love Osaka!! The food is always good. The prices are very reasonable. The service is usually good, but not too friendly. They don't speak much English. Sometimes there is an Asian man pacing the restaurant. He never speaks, he doesn't give refills, no eye contact - just weird.

I have eaten at this restaraunt many times with no complaints. Service today was the worst experience I have had in a restaraunt and I have managed in food service before. Once I ordered my food the waitress brought out the wrong entree. When I asked if this was right she goes on to tell me that other restaraunts may serve it differently. I have eaten the same thing every time I go at this exact restaraunt!I asked for to go boxes and then went to the register to pay. When leaving the waitress yells and chases us to the door saying we hadny paid for our food! Not only was that embarrassing but very rude! I will never be returning to this restaraunt!
