It may not be local money financing these challenges......just a thought.

I agree with you on Jason's way of moderating but calling him and his wife NAZI's is way out of line in my opinion.

Well I guess the Nazi moderators did not like my answer to the question. I will give them a little time to approve it, if not I will try again later

Okay, so again I beg the question......WHY would our BOC unanimously support continuing to throw good money after bad?

Actually, there are laws in place against suing governments for doing their job. So maybe not.

You can sue anyone for anything but winning is another story. That being said I don't believe that it is in the counties best interest to keep throwing tax payers money away on this. This is an example of why the government should have very limited powers and the commissioners should be fiscally responsible for this type of stuff.

What if...…...the asphalt plant is eventually built. Could the Cecil's sue the county for all the attorney fees they have accumulated in this fight? If so, then I can see why it might be in the best interest for the county to go for broke in the fight.

So just who else in this county has that kind of money?

The money behind Danny Cecil could buy Wiley or Mark and Eddie out of petty cash.

I have wondered if Wiley is making some campaign contributions to keep the county fighting this though

I think they are behind the asphalt plant. I don’t see the others having the pockets to fight this like they have.

Vannoy boys?

What could possibly be the driving force behind pursuing this? I honestly don't see what the county mouth breathers can see that I can't as a reason to spend our tax dollars on this. There must be more to this than just the concern for clean air.

Did Todd not say when he ran he would not waste money on that law suit?

Yes, its time Fins to get the phone number and addresses back up on GA of all the commissioners.

At last count they have wasted $304,000 dollars of the tax payers money they all need to go.

To bad we can't make them responsible for that amount and pay back us tax payers.

We can only remove them at the ballot box......
