Democrats? Where is the other one? I am the only one I can recall on this site.

Democrats, can we not just all get along?

There is no such statute unfortunately, and yes we do care.

In fact I think goAshe had a lot to do with him not running for reelection as many of us pointed out he shouldn't be a Commissioner and Chief of Police at the same time as it violates state law. I do agree he should formally resign just as Roark did. Elections though are less than 6 months away and Rose isn't running for reelection.

I'm more concerned with the idiots on the board pushing this continued lawsuit against the asphalt company that has no chance of succeeding. Yet many of you seem to keep wanting to reelect the people that are doing this. If we want real change and a turn to common sense we need to clear the board of everyone. Whether they've sat quietly and allowed these things to happen or they actually voted for them they all bear some of the responsibility of what's happened in this county in the last several years.

regardless of party affiliation, the way the county has been a regional and state-wide joke over the sheriff thing, Rose and Perry need to go.

At least Mr. Billboard won't have a chance to be sheriff and drive the county further into embarrassment.

I would like to see him charged......but resignation would be good too. Especially if the BOC would appoint someone with as much good sence as McNeill to replace him. A lot of foolishness could occur between now and November.

Rose should attend meetings or resign!

Is there not a statute that says if an elected official misses so many meetings they can be replaced? I am speaking of Rose. I know no on cares as thats obvious with no mention of his absences.

No matter which three of the five commissioner candidates prove successful in November---Miss Paula will not have their backing to screw the county over like before.

And by the way has anyone heard from the old man from the seas companion Miss Seaweed DSS. After her *** was handed to her during the previous commissioners race I was just wondering. I hear she is his private blogger now who interprets for him cause he is so old hear on goashe. Just wondering.

Lightsout I am glad for your interpertion of that turn of events for this old country boy. Now do you think he thought the poor man would be shot full of holes. I still think Buck has been a little bit lacking in the role of supervisor during all these citizen deaths. His ship has sailed. Guess the voters will decide in a couple of months. You might want to calm down and set back and watch a good movie with some popcorn.

Ashe, if you want to be understood, you just might use punctuation. It has proven to be an effective communications aid for centuries.

Ashehole, I wasn’t laughing at Houck getting shot. I was laughing at your ignorant statement of Absher putting a sniper in your yard. Let’s look at facts so I can break it down for you. The man was firing a high powered weapon in the Laurel Springs area where Howell resides. Howell knew the man was blind and I believe he may have been partly deaf (we can withhold the deaf part for accuracy). But regardless Howell knew this information but was also involved in the shooting. So I don’t believe you need to worry about Absher putting a sniper in your yard, instead you may need to worry about Howell being the sniper.

Stupid Sass I ASKED if that is what lightsout was saying when he said what he did about Howell calling in on his neighbor who was then shot. Lights out replied it was Howells fault in some way. Get it straight.

Ashes, I am all for stating your thoughts on this site......but to make up BS is wrong. What are you claiming?

Lightsout, there is nothing funny about that man getting shot. Are you saying there was a ordered hit on him froman Officer when Buck was Lt.
