That’s not even the name of the place. And no, it’s not open. If it was open, you’d see lights on and cars in the parking lot. You’d also be able to place a phone call and listen to hear if anyone answers on the other end. Better yet, why would a restaurant open during the slow season, especially in that location? Why are some of s so dense?
