I am almost sure we have the second highest paid ceo in the co-op industry. I dont think it has been but about 5 years since they made a 20 year deal with Duke.

How they call their board members elected is beyond me. To have an election you have more then one candidate, not just one perpetual member.

So be preparing yourselves for the bending over thats coming soon. Rates are going up again.


Meanwhile, dont forget that the CEO now makes around $1million a year, the board members get over $20k a year plus life time health care, and the organization owns a box at the ASU stadium and one at the Raleigh RBC center (home of the WOlf Pack and the Carolina Hurricanes) for entertaining each other and politicians.
