There are campers behind the DR. Pepper plant on the river & that is what you are probably seeing

I saw them but I'm not sure of the source.

I can see from across the river some flashing lights that are very bright and seem to be illuminating the sky every few minutes. There are woods between me and the lights and I do not smell smoke. There is no noise like fireworks would be and the bright lights look more like they would when heat lightning lights up part of the sky during a storm. I can't figure out what it could be. Does anyone know what it might be
