Liberal Democrat 'editor & reporter' Ken Lynn seems to believe that Wataugas', Atam Sdumb should be named County Manager... But I have heard several gov employees claim Mr. Stumb lacks leadership qualities and his lack of experience will end up costing the county a lot more than Buchanan or Yearick... Has anyone else heard anything? Anyone know how long Yearick was mgr before the mess with Buchanan?
